Each dosage (4 sprays) delivers 1200μg of vitamin B12 along with 40μg of chromium and 0.5mg of green tea extract, with a great apricot flavour.
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal healthy red blood cells, a reduction in tiredness and fatigue and normal homocysteine metabolism.
Water, xylitol, natural apricot flavour, citric acid, methylcobalamin (B12), preservative: potassium sorbate, green tea extract, chromium chloride.

Carefully spray into your mouth or on the inside of your cheek. Take four sprays daily or as directed by your health practitioner.
Does not need to be taken with food or water and can be taken at any time of the day. All four sprays can be taken in one go or spread over the course of the day, whatever you feel most comfortable with.
Suitable during pregnancy and nursing. Halve dosage for children under 12 years of age as their additional daily supplementation need is lower than that of an adult.
