Superfruit’s RAW Cocoa Powder is produced in a factory that monitors and controls the temperature, making sure it never exceeds 48°C.
The process works like this: the cocoa beans are fermented and sun-dried, crushed into nibs and then ground in a stone mill into a paste.
After that it is cold pressed to remove the cocoa butter and you are left with a nutritious Cocoa Powder that has wonderful flavor and aroma.
