Capsule Shell (gelatine, glycerol, aqua), Hawthorn Oil Macerate, Hawthorn Powder Extract, Viburnum Extract, Valeriana Officinalis Extract, Coconut Oil, Lecithin, Palm Oil, Magnolia Powder Extract, St Johns Wort Extract, Yellow Beeswax, Passion Flower Extract, Colours (Titanium Dioxide, Black Iron Oxide, Copper, Chlorophyll).

Adults and children over 16 years of age, one to two capsules a day with food.

Patients taking prescribed medication need to consult their primary healthcare physician before taking this supplement as it contains St Johns Wort which can affect the way certain medication work.Not recommended for use during pregnancy.
