Squeeze it into a bowl or straight onto a spoon. Older babies may enjoy slurping it from the pouch! To warm it, stand it in hot water or squeeze it into a saucepan. Never put the pouch in the microwave.
Keep it in a cupboard.Once opened can be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours
