Each Capsule Provides:- Vitamin C 1000mg 1250% RDA (as ester-c, calcium ascorbate), Citrus bioflavonoid complex 50mg, rutin 1mg, Hesperidin complex 1mg, acerla fruit 1mg (powdered extract (Malpighia glabra and M. Punicidolia)(Mix)(4:1).- Capsule Shell: Gelatin (from bovine)FREE FROM: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Soya, Yeast, Preservatives, Sweeteners, Artificial flavours or colours.
