Active Ingredients
Filler: potato starch; Live cultures: (Lactobacillus rhamnosus Rosell-11, Lactobacillus acidophilus Rosell-52, Bifidobacterium longum Rosell-175, Lactococcus lactis Rosell-1058, Bifidobacterium breve Rosell-70, Bifidobacterium bifidum Rosell-71); Fructooligosaccharides (FOS 44mg); vegetarian capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anticaking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; antioxidant: ascorbic acid.Each capsule provides 2.5 billion live cultures and 44mg Fructooligosaccharide fibres (recommended 2 capsules daily).
Direction for Use
For adults and children (1 year & over):- Take 2 capsules daily or as professionally directed- Take with food, preferably with breakfast- For best results take daily. OptiBac Probiotics may be used on an ongoing basis.NB: For anyone unable to swallow capsules, the contents of the capsule can be mixed with a cold meal or cold beverage.
Precaution
It is not recommended to give live cultures to patients who: are severely immunosuppressed, have pancreatitis, are in the Intensive Care Unit, have blood in the stool, have central venous catheters; or to post-surgical patients with open wounds, or infants with short bowel syndrome; unless under a doctor’s care.

This really helps with any tummy problems and made me feel so much better and always take when I am on medication or antibiotics
