This food supplement contains iron bisglycinate, a form of iron that is gentle on your digestive system.

Iron is the most abundant mineral in the blood, and combined with vitamins B12, C and Folic Acid it provides a blend of nutrients to support energy and vitality levels. Folic Acid contributes to normal blood formation and Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

Active Ingredients

Bulking Agents (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Cross-Linked Cellulose Gum, Dicalcium Phosphate, Mannitol), Iron (Ferrous Bisglycinate), Capsule Shell (Gelatin (Bovine)), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Anti-Caking Agents (Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Folic Acid (Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).

Direction for Use

For adults, take one capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
