Adults and Children:
Dilute 10ml (1 dessertspoonful) to 250ml (half a pint) of water and bathe the affected part or apply as a compress.
Repeat as necessary once or twice a day.
20ml (1 tablespoon) in a warm bath will help relieve aching muscles after exercising.
