Application

Typically per tablet:L-5-Hydroxytrytophan 100mg(natural extract from the seeds of Griffonia simplicifolia)

Direction for Use

Take up to 3 tablets daily, half an hour before meals or half an hour before bedtime or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Do not exceed recommended daily dose5-HTP is best taken for periods of up to 3 months.Food supplements should not be a substitute for a varied diet.Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding.Mild drowsiness may occur in some people.
