Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, natural Lithothamnion calcarea, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, chlorophyllin.
Take 2-4 capsules a day, with a meal for 12 weeks, then maintain at 1-2 capsules a day.
