A traditional herbal remedy for the symptomatic relief of rheumatic and muscular pain and stiffness as well as backache, fibrositis, sprains and bruising.

An excellent oil for massaging into the affected area bringing warmth and relief of pain and to help prevent stiffening.

Constituents: 100g contains: Oil extracts from: Dried flowers of Arnica montana L. 3.23% w/w; Betula pendula Roth. 3.23% w/w /Lavender-Lavandin Oil 1:1 1.90% w/w /; Rosemary Oil 3.90% w/w, in a base of Sunflower Seed Oil; Ethanol 96% v/v.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you experience redness or itching.

Discard 3 months after opening.

Apply sparingly 3-4 times daily.

Ideally Massage Balm should be used after a warm bath or shower, while the skin is still damp.

Do not apply where the skin is broken.
