Vega omega-3 quality fish oil extra high strength provides a natural source of omega-3 EFA’s (Min. 55%), the fish oil is extracted from the flesh of anchovies and sardines.
It has a higher ratio of EPA to DHA making it a great choice for those who wish to boost their EPA intake, EPA supports brain and cardiac function.
DHA forms about 8% of the brain by weight and supports brain and nervous function.
Vitamin E is used in the formulation as an antioxidant.
