Vitamin K2 plays an important role in cardiovascular and bone health.

Vitamin K plays an important role in the synthesis of a group of proteins called Gla-proteins.

Gla stands for gamma-carboxy glutamate and these proteins are important in the utilization of calcium.

Each capsules provides 100mcg of Vitamin K2 (MK-7)

Free of yeast, wheat and gluten and are formulated without the use of artificial preservatives, flavours or colours.
