Ralgex heat spray is a convenient way to provide fast and effective warming relief from muscular pain and stiffness, rheumatic pain, sprains, sciatica, lumbago and fibrosities.

Adults and children over 5 years:

hold 6 inches from skin pointing arrow to site of pain, 2-3 short bursts every 2 hours as required.

Maximum 4 times daily.

Not to be used under 5 years.
