This is a one-a-day Food State multivitamin and mineral formulation which has universal application - suitable for anyone and everyone.

It is unique in that, although in a tablet form, it has no tableting excipients: the tablet is bound with our organic Wholefood Calcium product.

It is a tablet with all active ingredients, and yields very good levels of all nutrients.

High in B vitamins, it also provides good levels of other vitamins and all minerals, including calcium and magnesium, and now with 20µg of vitamin D - the optimum level on intake according to new resaerch.

The tablets are scored and break easily in two for anyone who prefers to swallow small tablets.

Each Euro Gold tablet contains 2mg iron, which is a safe level for men and post-menopausal women to take.

In some instances it may not be sufficient for women, who may be better with Opti-Mum because of their need for extra iron.

Specific Application
For those people who want a one-a-day, complete Food State multi.

It has higher levels of calcium than our other multis.

Suitable for: Vegetarians and for people with Candida and yeast sensitivities.

Non-Active Ingredients: Vegetable stearic acid, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose.

Non GM & Free From: Wheat, starch, gluten, soy, added colourings, sweeteners and preservatives.

Recommended Dosages:

- Children from aged 5-11 years = ½ tablet daily.
- People of 75kg or less = 1 tablet daily.
- People over 75kg = 1½ tablets daily.
