Lamberts Soya Lecithin Granules

A pure granular form of lecithin produced from 100% natural soya extract.

Lecithin granules can be added to any meal, drink, or used as a cooking ingredient.

Sprinkle 1 to 2 level tablespoons (7.5g) of granules onto cereals, stir into fruit juices or add to cooking.
