These are either minerals that help make up the structure of the bone or vitamins known to aid in the absorption and utilisation of these minerals.

All ingredients are in highly bioavailable forms, meaning that the nutrients in the tablet get absorbed easily into your cells.

Calcium (citrate), Magnesium (citrate), Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid), Vitamin E, Zinc (Gluconate), Manganese (Gluconate), Copper (Gluconate), Boron (citrate), Folic acid, Chromium (Amino acid chelate), Vitamin K1

3 capsules daily with food.
