Open the Cura-Heat sachet by hand (do not cut with scissors) and remove the heat pack.

Insert one heat pack only into the wrap pocket above the wrist.

Heat Packs should always be inserted into the wrap pocket.

There are sufficient heat packs for four single uses of one heat pack.

Cura-Heat will warm gradually and reaches maximum heat within approximately 30 minutes.
