Herbs included are: Gum Guaiacum (rheumatic conditions) - anti-rheumatic Poke Root - (inflammatory conditions) - anti-rheumatic Burdock Root - (rheumatism) - depurative Sarsaparilla ) - anti inflammatory Black Cohosh (muscular rheumatism) Prickly Ash - rheumatic conditions The stimulating herb Cayenne is also in this formulation as an adjuvant and aids the effectiveness of the active ingredients.

Adults: Take 1 - 2 tablets three times a day.

Children 8 - 12 years:Take 1 tablet three times a day.

Not recommended for children under 8 years.
