Evening Primrose Oil is a source of polyunsaturated fatty acids whilst being low in saturated fatty acids.

The body uses Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) for the production of certain hormone-like substances (prostaglandins) which assist in regulating the body’s metabolic and endocrine systems.

Bio-Health’s Pure-fil Evening Primrose Oil capsules contain cold pressed oil, free from solvents.

The optimum GLA content is between 9-11%.

Pure-fil hard shell capsules are made from pure natural gelatin (no added glycerine, sorbitol or preservatives).

Take two capsules a day swallowed with water.
