Dog Rose Hips provide a rich source of constituents that include Flavonoids,polyphenols and tannins together with a wide range of nutritious vitamins, A,,B1,B2,B3,C and K.

Traditional acceptance of Rose Hips came during the Second World War, British schoolchildren were given regular daily supplementation of Rosehip syrup to compensate for vitamins lacking in the diet.

More recently and as a result of research and clinical trials in Scandinavia, many other health benefits have been identified for the simple Rosa canina hips and it is achieving the prominence of its wartime status once again.
