Anusol Plus HC Ointment

Anusol Plus HC is suitable for when internal and external piles become inflamed, painful or intensely itchy.

It combines the proven Anusol formula with hydrocortisone, an effective anti-inflammatory ingredient to give rapid, soothing relief.

Whichever treatment you prefer, Anusol provides effective, soothing relief from piles.

Not recommended for those under 18 years or if pregnant.

Active ingredients (%w/w):

Hydrocortisone acetate 0.25, Bismuth Oxide 0.875, Zinc Oxide 10.75, Bismuth Subgallate 2.25, Balsam Peru 1.875, Benzyl Benzoate 1.25.

Other ingredients:

petroleum jelly, calcium hydrogen phosphate, anhydrous lanolin, cocoa butter, castor oil, light kaolin, magnesium stearate.

For anal application.

Adults over 18 years:

Thoroughly cleanse the affected area, dry, and apply ointment on a gauze dressing.

Use sparingly at night, in the morning and after each bowel movement up to 4 applications per day.

For internal conditions use the rectal nozzle provided and clean after each use.

Do not use for longer than 7 consecutive days.

Children (under 18 years):

Not recommended.
